SalesQuotes is a feature provided by Raley Sales Quotes and Purchase Orders app.  It was created with aim to boost your Sales team performance. 

Raley SalesQuotes helps you to quote customers faster in the following business workflow:

  1. A customer is sending a price quote request via Email.
  2. The Email address is bound to a JSM project, so JSM will create a ticket for it
  3. Your Salesman clarifies the customer needs communicating it via JSM public comments. 
  4. The customer replies are captured as JSM comments as well.
  5. Once the customer needs are clarified, a salesman will use a Raley SQ screen to create a sales quote that fits customer needs.
  6. Salesman clicks on Generate PDF and attach button - this will create a PDF with quote data and attach it to the ticket
  7. Finally, he sends a quote to the customer via email with PDF attachment. 

There're 4 types of users in Raley SQ:

  • Team Members - directly communicate with the customers and create sales quotes 
  • Finance people - manage Products that your company is selling
  • Company Admins - Perform configuration of the application, manage company structure, users and permissions
