You asked and we listened! From now on, everybody on your team can get a nice view of his purchase request and orders via the JSM portal view. Simply like this:
Clicking on a ticket link will navigate you to the JSM issue request view where you can see all the details related to particular purchase order. The "My Purchase Orders" view
is very helpful in identifying stuck purchasing requests and seeing whom are they pending behind (see the Status column).
The Purchase Orders home button will take you to PO dashboard when you can get a 30000 feet overview on your purchasing for the specific timeframe. An example of such dashboard is below:
The dashboard view helps your Approvers to make informed decisions about spendings and keep track of your expenditures in real time.
Last, but not least, we've exposed the purchase orders reports from the portal as well. Just click on Purchase Orders Report button from "My purchase orders" view and get the accurate and
detailed stats on all requests and orders that are in the system.
