Customisation of message depending on user locale

Problem: I need to notify people in the language that they prefer. 

Solution: You can get user's preferred language using statement $context.userLanguage. The value returned is a 3 letter ISO 639-2/T code that represents user's language

 Follows the example on how to use it in template:

	Message in English
#elseif ($context.userLanguage == "ger")
    Nachricht auf Deutsch
#elseif ($context.userLanguage == "spa")
    Mensaje en español
#else
    Message in English
#end

Note, that in lines 7-8 we default to English message in case user language was not resolved to a known one.
