JSM Agent or a regular Jira user can open the Asset ticket and see its existing reservations from Jira ticket view. And example is below:

The system shows existing bookings for given Asset ticket made through Raley Bookman and they're highlighted in red color. 

You can switch to List view to get more details on bookings made and see references to particular booking tickets in JSM
