Our app has a Jira dashboard widget which is useful for Teams working with purchase request and orders. It shows a distilled view of the requests/orders depending on the user's role in Raley PO.

To add our widget, just choose a Jira dashboard where you want to add it and click on Edit button. On the right hand side, there will be a list of gadgets available - simply type there Raley and pick the "Raley Purchase Orders" as shown on the screenshot below:

Click on "Done" and now you can track purchase orders from the convenience of Jira dashboard!

As mentioned above, the dashboard widget will be somehow different depending on the users role in Raley PO.

For Finance and Company Admin users

The dashboard shows ticket key as a link, the date of last modification, summary, gross amount and the Jira status of the ticket. All purchase order tickets are shown sorted by modification date desc.

If the ticket's current status is "Submitted for approval status", then the system will show in the parenthesis the first approver who is pending the voting on the ticket). This is useful to streamline approvals to quickly see which tickets are pending.

For approver users

The dashboard shows ticket key as a link, the date of last modification, summary, gross amount and the Jira status of the ticket. The list of purchase orders contains those tickets where the current user is an approver of some kind and sorted by modification date desc.

Besides that, the system also shows what type of approval the current approver has to provide (provided) to the ticket and what was his/her decision.

For team member users

The dashboard shows ticket key as a link, the date of last modification, summary, gross amount and the Jira status of the ticket. The list of purchase orders contains those tickets where the current user is a requestor and sorted by modification date desc.

In case the ticket is in status "Submitted for approval status", the first pending approver will be shown in parenthesis
