On choosing of "asset" ticket, the system will show existing reservations made for that ticket in Calendar or List view. A customer can consult this list to make a more informed decision on when and what to book.
Finally, a JSM Agent or a regular Jira user can open the Asset ticket and see its existing reservations from Jira ticket view. And example is below:
Set dates for Booking from and Booking to. You can use Calendar below to see the existing reservation for the chosen asset:
Finally, on clicking "Send" button, the JSM ticket with booking will be created. You'll see your booking details in the ticket as following:
