By default, Raley Notifications for JIRA Cloud sends emails from user called "Raley Notifications". Can I change it?
Step-by-step guide
- Open a messenger which sends the notifications
- Change Outgoing EMAIL server to "Custom..."
- Provide your credentials and specify desired sender name in FROM name
- Note: If you use Gmail as the SMTP server then you might not be able to change the FROM boxname. It will use your account's name when sending the notification
